Forbes GM is seeking an Experienced Sales Consultant to join our team of customer-focused professionals within our high-volume and process-driven dealership.
Purpose / Summary of Position :
The Sales Representative serves as a guide to facilitate the customer vehicle buying experience. They conduct interviews to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives, then match customer needs with models and equipment. They offer and accompany customers on test drives, involve customers in trade-in evaluations, present financial information, address customer concerns, and ask for the sale.
The Sales Representative manages the delivery process and follows up promptly with customers to develop loyalty and build lasting relationships. They ensure a fun and informative interaction, understanding that they significantly impact customer satisfaction. They are the primary contact during the buying process and must understand our vehicle lineup and financing options.
