Job summary

Miele Vaughan is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver a consistent premium customer experience and help meet store sales targets. You will apply expert product knowledge, assist with events, prepare quotes and orders, and cross- and up-sell Cash-and-Carry products while educating customers.

The role requires at least two years in premium retail sales and customer service, with flexibility for evenings and weekends. Bilingual English is asset; Cantonese/Mandarin are an asset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in premium retail sales and customer service experience.
• Experience with events coordination and management.
• Flexibility for evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior premium customer experience to achieve store sales targets and demonstrate expert Miele product knowledge.
• Wear different hats to keep the Miele Experience Centre pristine and welcoming.
• Prepare customer quotes and orders; sell Cash-and-Carry products; cross- and up-sell and educate owners.
• Create leads from consumer events at the Miele Experience Centre.
