About the Role :
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Coach to join our Field Operations Team. In this role, you’ll work directly with both new and established WSI partners, helping them grow their businesses through expert guidance in sales, marketing strategy, and operations. You’ll be their go-to resource for everything from closing sales with end clients, analyzing and building marketing strategies, refining business processes, and hitting key revenue targets. In this role, you’ll be a vital partner, helping them grow their businesses, refine strategies, and achieve long-term success. Your insights will drive their revenue growth and operational excellence.
