What should you possess?
- Excellent customer service skills; always striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs / Sheets.
- Comfortable working with technology and learning our custom apps and electronic vehicle management systems.
- Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
- Valid BC Drivers’ License with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Valid BC VSA License is an asset.
- Auto sales experience is an asset.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets for new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Approaching, greeting, and assisting customers entering the showroom or sales lot.
- Helping customers select vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully.
- Providing professional presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles, explaining optional equipment.
- Overcoming objections, closing sales, and following the sales process in line with company standards.
- Building strong rapport with customers.
- Reporting to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, reviews, and analysis.
- Completing required training sessions.
- Performing additional duties as needed.
