Full-Time | Commission-Based | 5 Positions Available

High Street Cars is growing, and we are looking for 5 motivated OMVIC-registered Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team in Mississauga.

Our sales consultants average approximately 10 vehicles sold per month, with successful salespeople earning between $50,000 and $143,000 annually, depending on performance.

The Role

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will:

• Handle customers from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery
• Generate your own leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow-up
• Respond to dealership-generated Internet, phone, and walk-in leads
• Build and maintain your personal customer pipeline
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
• Negotiate professionally and close vehicle sales
• Follow up consistently with unsold prospects
• Build long-term relationships and generate repeat/referral business
• Work closely with Finance and Management to structure and close deals
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Work toward and exceed monthly sales targets
