Kitchener Hyundai is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team of customer-focused professionals within our high-volume, process-driven dealership.

Purpose / Summary of Position:

The Sales Consultant acts as a guide to facilitate the vehicle buying experience for customers. They conduct interviews to understand customer preferences, needs, and motives, then match these with suitable models and features. They accompany customers on test drives, assist with trade-in evaluations, present financial options, address customer concerns, and ask for the sale.

They manage the delivery process and follow up promptly to foster customer loyalty and build long-term relationships. The role requires ensuring engaging and informative interactions, understanding vehicle features and specifications, and explaining available financing options.
