Kitchener Hyundai is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team of customer-focused professionals within our high-volume and process-driven dealership.

Purpose / Summary of Position :

The Sales Consultant serves as a guide to facilitate the customer vehicle buying experience. They conduct interviews to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives, then match customer needs with the appropriate model and equipment. They offer and accompany customers on test drives, involve customers in trade-in evaluations, present financial options, address customer concerns, and ask for the sale.

The Sales Consultant manages the delivery process and follows up promptly with customers to develop loyalty and build lasting relationships. They ensure a fun and informative interaction with customers, understanding that their role significantly impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty. They are the primary contact during the buying process and must understand the features, specifications of our vehicle lineup, and available financing options.
