We’re seeking a passionate and service-driven professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a beautifully curated showroom and distribution center. If you thrive on providing personalized consultations, building lasting client relationships, and turning design dreams into reality, this could be the perfect fit.

A genuine interest in design is essential, along with a willingness to learn the ins and outs of the products. While experience with lighting, plumbing, and luxury home fixtures is a strong asset, a positive attitude and customer-first mindset are non-negotiable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

  • Engage customers with a consultative sales approach, delivering exceptional service at every stage—from inspiration to installation—while achieving sales targets.
  • Understand the unique needs of both retail customers and wholesale clients, offering personalized solutions that bring their dream spaces to life.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, trade professionals, and team members to support the overall success of the showroom.
  • Stay up to date on the latest design trends and product innovations, becoming a trusted expert in lighting, kitchen, and bath solutions.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and inspiring showroom experience by maintaining a welcoming, on-trend environment.

Education:

  • Post secondary education is an asset.

Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in a sales position is required.
  • Previous showhome (or similar) experience is considered a strong asset.

Skills:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a passion for connecting with people
  • Results-driven mindset with a natural flair for sales and solution-based selling
  • Enthusiastic about product knowledge and eager to educate and inspire customers
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships

Base Salary:$50,000 – 60,000 per year

  • Salary based on experience
  • Full benefits package included

Work Hours:

  • Tuesday – Saturday
  • 8:30am – 5:00pm

Remote Work:

  • This position is not remote and required to be on-site.

Additional Notes:

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
