Role Overview

We seek sales leaders embodying courage, empathy, tenacity, curiosity, and patience to support prospects in their retirement journey with us.

You will build relationships, contribute to a significant sales cycle, and promote our residences through prospecting, community outreach, networking with local businesses, and hosting events. A thorough understanding of our senior care levels—Independent Living, Supportive Living, Memory Care, and Assisted Living—is essential, along with knowledge of your market area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales process to surpass occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Develop skills in forecasting, competitor analysis, and business development.
  • Engage in community outreach, referral partnerships, touring prospects, and guiding them through the sales process.
