RB Global is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to support recurring commission calculations, data validation, and payout preparation across assigned sales populations. You will research compensation exceptions, maintain reports and data files, and partner with the Sales Compensation team to improve accuracy and process discipline.
In this role, you will also assist with ICM/system updates, testing, and routine reporting, while escalating complex issues to leadership.

The Sales Compensation Analyst supports recurring sales compensation administration, commission calculation support, exception tracking, data validation, and reporting activities. This role helps ensure sales compensation programs are administered accurately and on time in accordance with approved plan rules and governance requirements.
The role supports Sales Compensation Operations by maintaining data inputs, preparing routine calculations and reports, researching exceptions, and partnering with team members to resolve stakeholder questions. More complex exceptions, governance questions, or plan interpretation issues are escalated to the Senior Analyst, Team Lead, or Sales Compensation Manager.
