We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Community Outreach Specialist to help us expand our presence in the Hamilton area and build lasting connections in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new client leads through canvassing, networking, and referrals.
  • Visit and build strong referral pipelines with pharmacies, hospitals, doctors’ offices, and health clinics.
  • Establish and maintain connections with community partners such as law firms, retirement homes, and local organizations.
  • Represent Nurse Next Door at community events, fairs, and networking opportunities.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outreach and client growth.
  • Collaborate with the local team to align outreach efforts with overall business goals.
  • Track and report sales activity, progress, and results regularly.
Qualifications
  • Proven background in sales, business development, or community outreach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable meeting targets.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, home care, or service-based industries is an asset but not required.
  • Having access to a car/vehicle is an advantage for outreach, but not mandatory.
Compensation & Hours
  • Pay Rate: $20/hour
  • Hours: Minimum 20–25 hours per week, with extra commissions - flexibility for events and outreach activities.
