Benevity is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Commissions Specialist to manage the administration, analysis and reporting of our sales incentive and commissions programs. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, RevOps and People Teams to ensure the integrity of sales performance data, compliance with incentive compensation plans, and continuous improvement of commissions-related data and processes.
You’ll help ensure accurate calculation, processing, reporting and auditing of sales commission payments in accordance with company variable compensation plans. If you\'re passionate about turning data into insights, ensuring accuracy in every detail, and playing a critical role in rewarding sales success, this role is for you.
