Location : Toronto, ON (Primarily GTA, with travel to 21 office locations across Ontario)

Compensation : $100,000 CAD / year + Performance Bonuses

Royal York Property Management is a tech-driven leader in Ontario’s real estate industry, managing over $15 billion in assets with a presence in 21 office locations across the province. We are seeking a high-performing, experienced Sales Coach to train, mentor, and elevate our Leasing Agents, directly in the field.

About the Role

In this role, you will be on the road, delivering in-person training to Leasing Agents in the Greater Toronto Area and across Ontario. Your mission is to sharpen their sales skills, boost closing rates, and instill the confidence needed to succeed in a competitive market.

You will work closely with our management team to design and deliver impactful coaching sessions, ensuring every agent is equipped with the tools, mindset, and techniques to excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach, train, and mentor Leasing Agents through in-person, on-the-road sessions.
  • Conduct sales ride-alongs to assess performance and provide real-time feedback.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and workshops using PowerPoint, Excel, and LMS platforms.
  • Develop training strategies tailored to various experience levels and market needs.
  • Track agent performance and recommend improvement plans.
  • Work closely with leadership to align training with company goals and sales targets.
  • Travel to 21 Ontario locations as needed (majority in the GTA).

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven sales experience in a high-performance environment.
  • 5+ years in sales leadership, coaching, or training roles.
  • Strong track record of developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and LMS tools.
  • Exceptional communication, motivation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
