About the Role:

This is a dynamic, dual-function position perfect for someone who enjoys a varied and active workday. You will be instrumental in both the customer-facing and back-end operations of our thrift store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Clerk Duties:
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service, including greeting customers and answering questions.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions (cash, credit/debit), and manage end-of-day reconciliation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Production Worker Duties:
• Sort, clean, and categorize donated items (clothing, housewares, electronics, etc.).
• Inspect items for quality and determine their suitability for sale.
• Price and tag merchandise accurately according to established guidelines.
• Move and organize inventory in the back-of-house production area.

What You Bring:

• A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliability and strong work ethic.
• Basic math skills and experience with cash handling is a plus.
