You will be responsible for exceeding revenue targets by nurturing distributor relationships and strategizing new opportunities. In late January, we announced that Bridgefield Capital signed an agreement to acquire Philips' Emergency Care business, including leading brands and products like HeartStart AEDs, Intrepid and DFM100 monitor defibrillators, Tempus monitor and Tempus ALS systems, and Corsium and ECI informatics solutions. We expect the transaction to close at the end of 2025. With Bridgefield's support and building on our 40+ year legacy of growth and innovation in emergency medical technology, the Emergency Care business will continue pursuing our mission of saving lives, lowering the cost of healthcare, and advancing the science of resuscitation while serving public access AED, EMS, military, and hospital market segments.
In this role and as part of an agile company that has dedicated resources to achieve its strategic goals, you will be part of the "NewCo" we are forming and have opportunities to grow both personally and professionally while making an impact on the acute care space and for consumers, patients and healthcare workers who depend on these life-saving solutions.
As a Channel Account Manager for Home & Public - AED (Automated External Defibrillator) at Philips, you will be an integral part of the Emergency Care team, working within both commercial B2B and B2C markets. Your main responsibility will be to exceed revenue and market share targets by nurturing our distributor network and fostering relationships with end-user customers, foundations, and associations. Additionally, you will strategically seek new opportunities to collaborate with distributors in your territory.

Total On-Target Earning (base + target incentive) ranges from 85% to 120% of target; with performance achievement, annual pay is about $100,000 to $127,000, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower depending on individual performance.

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role; compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
