Qualifications

• Comfortable meeting clients on-site and walking job sites.
• Professional and organized approach to business development.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships with property managers, condo boards, and commercial owners.
• Prospect and identify new business opportunities across the GTA.
• Meet with clients on-site to assess plumbing and mechanical needs.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations to prepare proposals.
• Secure service contracts, maintenance programs, and project work.
• Maintain ongoing relationships to support long-term partnerships.
