About the Role

Are you a dynamic, competitive individual ready to make a significant impact? Join our team as a full-time Sales & Business Development Associate (Bilingual) and play a crucial role in driving the growth of Actlabs in the mineral exploration industry. This is your chance to promote our leading services and build business in Northern Ontario and Quebec.

Responsibilities

  • Expand and sell our services within the mineral exploration industry, fueling growth and innovation.
  • Engage with current and past customers, building relationships to generate new sales.
  • Research and identify potential clients, establish initial contact, and effectively sell our services to expand our client base and drive growth.
  • Identify and attend high-impact trade shows and networking events.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure top-notch service delivery.
  • Travel as needed to maintain and grow our client base with a primary focus on Northern Ontario and Quebec.
  • Assist with customer interpretation regarding geological and mineral requests and validate order setups.
  • Collaborate with our team to create compelling presentations and reports.
  • Deliver impactful presentations at technical conferences and directly to customers.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in chemistry, geology, business, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years in business development, with a preference for experience in the mining / minerals industry.
  • Communication Skills : Fluency in French is required, and proficiency in English is a strong asset.
  • Required Skills

  • Proven track record in client acquisition through various methods such as phone calls, in-person meetings, and networking events.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
