Role Overview

We’re seeking a Sales Automation and Onboarding Developer to optimize and automate our sales and onboarding workflows. This is a technical role with strategic impact: you’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to streamline lead-to-revenue operations and build intuitive onboarding experiences for our SaaS customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain sales automation workflows across the customer journey—from lead capture to onboarding and retention
  • Integrate and manage tools across our tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make.com, etc.)
  • Develop custom onboarding tools and dashboards to support scalable customer adoption
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather needs, map workflows, and develop tailored automation solutions
  • Monitor automation health, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance improvements
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across integrated systems
  • Create documentation and training materials to support tool adoption internally

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience developing sales or marketing automation solutions
  • Proven experience integrating tools and platforms via APIs and automation platforms
  • Expertise with CRM and sales platforms (especially HubSpot and Salesforce)
  • Critical: Hands-on experience designing onboarding workflows for SaaS or enterprise customers
  • Understanding of B2B sales funnels and lifecycle marketing
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills

  • Build smart workflows to automate sales follow-ups, lead scoring, onboarding, and more
  • Integrate HubSpot, Salesforce, and custom APIs into one seamless engine
  • Develop internal tools that make onboarding new clients a breeze

  • Ensure data flows cleanly across all systems
