Growth Opportunities

As the Site and Project Manager on kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects, you will plan and supervise remodeling projects from start to finish. The Project Manager coordinates all aspects of the project from purchasing materials, overseeing the installation timelines, and ensuring the project is completed on time, on budget, and efficiently to create an exceptional and enjoyable experience for our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate timely delivery of project materials.
  2. Review and approve supplier invoices.
  3. Review installation details and coordinate project timeline with the Bathroom and Kitchen Remodelers (we call them our Tunifiers).
  4. Arrange for delivery of materials to the job site and communicate timelines with clients.
  5. Inspect the completion of the project and forward feedback to the franchise owner and other team members.
  6. Run multiple job sites efficiently and safely.
  7. Coordinate subcontractors and team members and manage scheduling.
  8. Create and maintain schedules that make sure upcoming events are communicated, tracked, and being proactively managed in our CRM.
  9. Manage and coordinate the day-to-day fieldwork to ensure it is conducted according to our company Trustpoints, within the scope of the contract, within budget, and compliant with codes and ordinances.
  10. Conduct regular operations meetings involving:
    1. Implementation of new programs or safety procedures
    2. Address procedure questions or concerns
    3. Recognition of excellent work performance of team members
    4. Incorporate team ideas and suggestions to continually elevate the experience provided to clients.
Qualifications:
  1. At least 3 years’ experience working in a project management role/capacity in the renovations industry.
  2. Valid driver’s license.
  3. Ability to lift heavy objects.
  4. Ability to envision and implement innovative solutions.
  5. Residential remodeling or construction management experience preferred.
  6. Effective at scheduling and multitasking.
  7. Demonstrated leadership abilities.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and effectiveness at communicating project details and potential challenges to team members and clients.
Ideal Candidates:
  1. Are available to work full time, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
  2. Are available to occasionally work late or limited weekend hours to complete projects in a timely fashion.
  3. Are well-versed in remodeling procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve outstanding results.
  4. Have an analytic mind and great organization skills.
  5. Are innovative and prefer working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity.
