Overview

CALLING ALL ROCKSTAR SALES ASSOCIATESThis is a Part-Time contract position

We are looking for super friendly, outgoing, personable people to join our newest sales team! We are in search of those with an entrepreneurial mindset who can help us grow our client’s portfolio of smoke-free products, providing a safer range of better choices for adult smokers. We’re focused on having people participate in a change, this means talking to people IRL. We need social butterflies who can not only hold a conversation but really connect with people while remaining professional.

Motivated individuals who perform get to participate in profit sharing; when YOU and the team hit the targets, You and the team receive a percentage of the variable fees. We subscribe to cooperative finances, where funding directly benefits the individuals involved in the program.

WHAT’S A WORKDAY LOOK LIKE?

  • Engaging and educating adult smokers
  • Locations and shift times will vary between 4-8hr shifts
  • Trade support; key retailers, pubs, restaurants, and clubs
  • Attending ongoing training sessions to ensure that you are fully equipped and confident, we believe a positive consumer experience is the outcome of a great experience for everyone including YOU
  • Coaching and audits to make sure everyone is following guidelines and protocols around sales, operations, health, and safety. This is a priority for our company.
  • Working collaboratively to make sure everyone is exceptional. We need individuals who think and speak boldly about our business to unlock the communal genius of our high-performance culture. Without live feedback and accurate reporting, we can’t make a significant impact or deliver tangible results. It also means endless group chats, sharing pictures, videos, and emojis.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • You're comfortable speaking with every customer! Can’t be shy!! Did you take drama in high school or perform dance routines with your cousins at family functions? Did your teacher tell your parents you were disruptive in class? PERFECT.
  • Sales and customer service experience is an absolute must.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment… For real. We lead through the services of others to model an experience we want for each other, our clients, consumers and the industry. This is our core DNA. Our teams are everything.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • $27 hourly plus health benefits and bonus
  • Must be available from September 2nd to October 19th
  • Total hours currently 20-28 per week with a significant chance of increasing pending campaign success

ADDITIONAL INFO:

  • Must have valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Background check will be completed as part of onboarding
  • Will be required to stand for extended periods of time, and lift / carry 25-50 pounds
