Job summary

Sleep Country Canada is seeking a Sales Associate to engage customers, identify needs, promote our products, and support in-store presentation and housekeeping.

This full-time, commissioned role offers the potential to earn around $70,000 per year based on national averages; training, benefits, discounts, and opportunities for career growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1-3 years in Sales, Retail or Customer Service.
• Positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus.
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning.
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and promote our quality products and service offerings.
• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and completing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations.
