Job summary

Rogers Communications is hiring for a part-time Retail Sales Associate in St. Catharines, ON. You will welcome customers, understand needs, and connect them with Rogers wireless, internet, TV, home phone, and Mastercard products.

You’ll deliver exceptional service, meet sales targets, and promote the Rogers and Fido brands at stores and local events. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to support peak times.

Qualifications

• Experience developing strong connections with customers and team members through clear, effective communication.
• Ability to deliver against sales targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and solve unexpected challenges.
• Availability to work minimum 32 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Tailor solutions and enhance the retail experience by connecting with customers and matching needs to Rogers products.
• Sales delivery by finding opportunities and achieving targets.
• Customer engagement via inbound/outbound calls and texts to grow sales and retention.
• Brand promotion at in-store and local community events.
