We are looking for a Sales Associate for our Toronto Boutique to join a creative and innovative luxury retail team.

MISSION :

The Sales Associate plays a vital role in achieving store success by meeting sales targets. Customer service and extensive brand and product knowledge are essential to create a positive brand experience and foster repeat business.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Advising customers on products and services to meet sales goals
  2. Maintaining high standards in merchandising displays
  3. Providing excellent face-to-face and telephone customer service
  4. Completing sales documentation and using internal systems efficiently
  5. Altering and fitting watches for customers
  6. Maintaining comprehensive product and brand knowledge
  7. Participating in brand events
  8. Building and developing client relationships
  9. Providing after-sales service in collaboration with the after-sales team
  10. Training and coaching fellow sales associates as needed
  11. Serving as the main floor contact in the absence of management

Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Experience in the watch industry is preferred
  • Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to acquire extensive product and brand knowledge
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a team
