Plantlife Cannabis in Canada is hiring a friendly and professional Sales Advisor for our Sunwapta location. You will help customers, process transactions, and provide exceptional service in a fast-growing cannabis retail environment.

The role suits someone who enjoys working with teams or alone, balances customer focus with results, and is eager to learn about products. Flexible hours and opportunities for advancement are offered. Prior cash handling and POS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a sales advisor or in another guest service/sales role.
• Experience in handling cash and utilizing POS system.
• Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach.
• Patient and comfortable dealing with guest complaints.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and educate on cannabis products.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain store presentation and cash controls; support opening/closing duties.
