Plantlife Cannabis in Canada is hiring for our Jensen Lakes location to join a fast-growing retail team. We are seeking applicants who enjoy working with customers, educating them on cannabis products, and delivering outstanding service in a dynamic environment.

Candidates should be motivated, detail-oriented, and excited about potential advancement within a growing company that offers flexible hours and training opportunities to help you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a sales advisor or another customer service/sales role.
• Experience in handling cash and utilizing POS system.
• Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach.
• Patient and comfortable dealing with customer complaints.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product questions and provide exceptional service.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and responsible use.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining accuracy in cash handling.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
