What You Will Do

Our sales associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find high-quality sunglasses.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stimulate sales and build relationships: Achieve sales goals and exceed expectations by creating lasting connections with customers. Assist new and existing customers in finding products that meet their needs.
2. Become a vision expert: Offer personalized advice and recommend sunglass solutions suited to each customer's lifestyle and preferences.
3. Learn and grow: Enhance your skills through hands-on training and collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver top-quality service.
4. Collaborate and contribute: Work closely with your team and management to maintain a positive and supportive environment where everyone contributes to success.
5. Create a welcoming store atmosphere: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.
6. Promote inclusion and respect: Foster an inclusive and respectful environment for customers and colleagues.
