Position Overview

GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Consistently achieve sales goals and company objectives by cultivating relationships and building brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience through genuine connection, attention to detail, and personalized service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Contribute to a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with colleagues and management.
4. Maintain the store’s appearance, keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized, and secure company assets.
5. Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
