General Function

Our Sales Associates are crucial to our success. You will provide authentic, fun, and energetic experiences to customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Achieve sales goals and company objectives by building strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster brand loyalty.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by making personal connections, paying attention to details, and offering a personalized shopping experience.
3. Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain the store's appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
5. Support an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Comfort with new technology and adaptability with high accuracy
3. Self-accountability in achieving sales results using effective selling skills and goal-oriented mindset
4. Strong communication skills, both oral and written
5. Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-changing environment
