We are looking for super friendly, outgoing, personable people to join our newest sales team! We seek individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset to help grow our client’s portfolio of smoke-free products, providing safer, better choices for adult smokers. The role involves direct face-to-face interactions, connecting with people professionally and genuinely.

Motivated performers can participate in profit sharing, earning a percentage of the variable fees when targets are met. Our cooperative financial model ensures funding benefits the team members directly.

What’s a typical workday?

• Engaging and educating adult smokers
• Supporting trade activities with key retailers, pubs, restaurants, and clubs
• Attending ongoing training to ensure confidence and a positive consumer experience
• Conducting coaching and audits to ensure adherence to sales, health, and safety protocols
• Collaborating with team members to foster a high-performance culture through feedback and sharing

What are we looking for?

• Comfortable engaging with every customer; shyness is a no-go! If you enjoyed drama or dance in school, you're perfect.
• Sales and customer service experience is essential.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, leading through service and collaboration.

What do we offer?

• 30 / hour plus health benefits and bonuses
• Non-traditional schedule focused on late afternoons and evenings, Thursday to Saturday
• 20-24 hours per week, with potential for increase based on campaign success
