Job summary

A seasonal retail company in Sydney is seeking team members to support store management with setup and merchandising. Responsibilities include maintaining guest services and generating sales through various methods. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to meet specific physical requirements. This position is through a consignment operator, not Spirit Halloween directly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 16.
  • Physical requirements: climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking up to 8 hours.

The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator. The application you are completing will be routed to our consignment operator for their consideration. If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures established by the consignment operator.
