Job Title: Sales Associate - Spirit

Join us at Spirit Halloween as a Sales Associate.

Hourly Rate: $17.20 - $17.45 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards.
• Assist in generating sales, sign waving, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention.
• Physical demands include climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking for up to 8 hours.
