Position: Sales Associate

Responsibilities

1. Drive for Results: Meet sales goals through effective communication of product knowledge, maintaining pricing and visual standards, and participating in visual merchandising.
2. Customer Experience: Model and promote exceptional service standards, resolve customer concerns promptly, ensure efficient checkout processes, and build customer loyalty through clienteling and wardrobing.
3. Operational Excellence: Support replenishment, assist with visual displays, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn new technology and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
