Nature & Scope:

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our core values. The main objective is to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships, aiming to develop customers for life.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Display a “customer comes first” attitude to build and maintain customer loyalty.
2. Resolve customer issues efficiently at the store level in a positive manner.
3. Be a team player and contribute to the store’s success.
4. Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks such as receiving shipments, replenishment, markdowns, and maintaining fitting rooms.
5. Stay informed about product and service updates.
6. Ensure the store is visually appealing through proper product presentation, replenishment, housekeeping, maintenance, and visual displays.
7. Adhere to all Loss Prevention policies and guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Retail experience, preferably in apparel.
2. Ability to develop strong relationships with customers.
3. Understanding of retail operations, including store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.
4. Self-motivated with good judgment.
5. Excellent presentation skills suited to a retail environment.
6. Positive, passionate, and friendly demeanor.
7. Ability to understand and meet customer needs.
8. Skill in building buy-in for ideas, decisions, and products.
