Job summary

Roots is seeking a Sales Associate in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. You will deliver exceptional service, build relationships with customers, and support daily store operations to drive growth and loyalty.

As part of the front-line team, you will manage POS transactions, assist with merchandising and replenishment, and maintain product displays and store standards. You will stay informed on product updates and contribute to an inviting shopping experience.

• Retail experience preferably in apparel.

NATURE & SCOPE:

We are currently hiring for a Sales Associate. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our core values. The main objective of this position is to provide exceptional service to customers and build relationships with them. The goal is to develop customers for life.
