Your Responsibilities

• Create honest connections with patients and assist them with the selection of high-quality frames and lenses tailored to their visual needs and lifestyle.
• Take accurate measurements.
• Fit, adjust and maintain eyewear to ensure optimal vision and comfort.
• Greet patients in a courteous and attentive manner in person, over the phone or by email.
• Accurately confirm contact information, direct billing details and health particulars.
• Preparing the exam rooms by cleaning and set up of equipment.
• Ability to convey the preliminary eye exam procedures to patients.
• Passionate to use the latest technology and diagnostic equipment.
• Resourceful to stay organized to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Confident taking and making phone calls. Scheduling optical appointments.
• High proficiency in English: be able to fluently communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
