Dulux Trenton is looking for a hardworking detail-oriented Sales Associate, that would be willing to work the store part time.We pride ourselves on fast and friendly service to all customers coming into the store whether it’s for paint or for U-haul services.

Dulux seeking a Permanent Part Time Sales Associate to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Provide all customers with a positive shopping experience
• Asking open ended questions about customer’s needs to determine best products for the project
• Custom colour matching and tinting using the system provided
• Ability to multitask between customers and tasks.
• Describe features and benefits of the products and services sold
• Explain the steps needed to complete projects and the products needed
• Helping customers to their vehicles with products when practical to do so
• Running point of sale system for paint and U-haul
• Booking, dispatching, returning, and cleaning U-haul trucks and trailers

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask between customers and tasks
• Self-motivated
• Some heavy lifting required; bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods of time; comfortable with short ladders
• Detail oriented; Excellent decision-making abilities; Excellent problem-solving skills
• Work experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Excellent communication skills, trade experience is an asset, proficiency with computers
