Job title

Key Responsibilities:

SALES & STORE OPERATIONS

• Inventory Management: maintain stockroom organization standards; support all inventory handling procedures, including consolidations, recalls, markdowns, and shipment receiving;
• Loss Prevention & Security: follow all operating and cash management policies & procedures to ensure store assets are secure and minimize loss;
• Maintain Health & Safety Standards: follow all health & safety standards to maintain a safe work environment for all staff, including ladder usage policies;
• Store Set-up & Organization: maintain all areas of the store such as stockrooms, cash desks, and ensure operational binders are maintained and set up for efficient store operation;
• Communication: review all communication tools to stay updated on business performance and other key tasks as directed by management;
• Commitment to Learning: actively participate in meetings and training initiatives to enhance skills.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Service Model Ambassador: deliver exceptional customer service by following GEOX Service Model steps, being friendly, helpful, and sincere; leverage all customer services to build loyalty; maintain strong product knowledge; handle customer opportunities professionally.
• Visual Merchandising Ambassador: support all visual directives, maintain store appearance, restock, and merchandise according to standards.
• Brand Ambassador: passionate and knowledgeable about GEOX technologies, products, and trends; interact confidently with customers.

Position Requirements

Education: High School or College Degree or commensurate retail experience

Previous Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail, preferably fashion apparel/footwear

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and POS systems
• Knowledge of performance metrics and basic math skills
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
