The Ideal Candidate:

• Polished customer service skills and an interest in our products, specifically wine or craft beer, but also cider and spirits
• Enjoy helping others and building relationships with guests
• Retail or customer service experience
• Desire to continually learn new things
• Ability to lift 50lbs safely
• Evening and weekend availability

Some of what you will do in this job:

• Assist customers with product selection, providing food pairing suggestions where appropriate
• Receive orders, unload pallets, and stock the sales floor
• Educate guests about the product and the story behind each bottle
• Maintain overall presentation of the store
• Process orders at the till, ensuring an excellent in-store experience
• Complete warehouse duties (stocking shelves, stacking pallets, reorganizing the warehouse area, etc.)
