Qualifications

• Expérience prouvée en tant que conseiller de vente ou dans un rôle de service client.
• Capable d'utiliser un système POS et de gérer de l'argent.
• Expérience en gestion des réclamations des clients.

Welcome to Plantlife Cannabis! We're so excited to lead Canada with one of the fastest-growing Cannabis Retail companies. We currently have 40 retail operations open and / or in development, and the growth doesn't stop there! We are currently hiring for our Edmonton - Jagare Ridge location!

Our plans for vast expansion necessitate a team of all-stars to help us achieve our goals. Our retail locations demand a lot out of our team; therefore, we seek the best of the best to keep our stores and customers satisfied.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a sales advisor or in another customer service / sales role
• Experience in handling cash and utilizing the POS system
• Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
• Patient and comfortable dealing with customer complaints
