Sundial’s Liquor Depot Cascade in Banff is seeking a Sales Associate for a part-time role. You’ll ensure a great customer experience, maintain a clean, organized store, and support daily operations with speed and accuracy.

The position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ProServe certification preferred and flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• Valid ProServe Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and perform basic inventory checks.
