Job summary

Wow! mobile boutique is hiring a Full Time Sales Associate for The Pen Centre in St. Catharines, ON. You will actively engage mall shoppers, follow our sales process, and provide unbiased wireless advice with a focus on customer experience.

This role requires 32–40 hours per week, evenings and weekends, and offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Retail or hospitality experience with customer interaction.
• Experience using point-of-sale systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of wireless products and carrier plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage mall traffic and follow the sales process.
• Maintain CRM-style prospect list and nurture relationships.
• Represent WOW! and brands, delivering unbiased advice.
• Handle inventory reception, signing, and shelving.
• Manage cash, POS transactions, and store operations.

What you will accomplish:

• Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
• Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool
• Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent
• Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased, advice.
• Consistently achieve all key business metrics
• Offer a best-in-class customer experience
• Participate in documented coaching conversations
• Responsible for inventory management receiving, signing, and securing inventory
• Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards
• Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk
• Complete all required training modules and tasks
• Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies
• Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity
• Managing cash, point of sale and inventory systems
• Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs
• Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency
• Ability to easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
