Job summary

WOW! mobile boutique in Guildford Town Centre, Surrey BC, seeks a Full Time Sales Associate to engage mall shoppers, drive sales and provide an exceptional customer experience. The role requires 32-40 hours per week, evenings and weekends based on mall hours, with a $18.25/hr wage plus uncapped commission.

The successful candidate will manage CRM-driven prospecting, inventory handling, POS operations, and daily store procedures while representing WOW! and its brands with integrity.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality with POS usage.
• Ability to initiate conversations with mall traffic and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work mall hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage shoppers and follow the sales process.
• Network and maintain a client list using the CRM tool.
• Represent WOW! and brands to generate buzz in the mall.
• Deliver personalized, unbiased advice and outstanding customer experience.
• Meet key business metrics and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Handle cash, POS, and inventory systems.
• Open and close kiosk and complete daily operations tasks.

Overview

Job Title: Full Time Sales Associate

Reports To: Store Manager

Location: Guildford Town Centre, Surrey BC

Salary: $18.25/hr + commission

Requirements: 32-40hr/week availability

We are actively hiring for this position

What you will accomplish:

• Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
• Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool
• Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent
• Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased, advice.
• Consistently achieve all key business metrics
• Offer a best-in-class customer experience
• Participate in documented coaching conversations
• Responsible for inventory management receiving, signing, and securing inventory
• Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards
• Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk
• Complete all required training modules and tasks
• Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies
• Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity
• Managing cash, point of sale and inventory systems
• Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs
• Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency
• Ability to easily adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
