What you will accomplish:

• Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
• Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool.
• Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent.
• Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased advice.
• Achieve all key business metrics consistently.
• Offer a best-in-class customer experience.
• Participate in documented coaching conversations.
• Manage inventory, including receiving, signing, and securing inventory.
• Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards.
• Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk.
• Complete all required training modules and tasks.
• Stay current on promotions, products, services, and policies.
• Follow policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity.
• Manage cash, point of sale, and inventory systems.
• Be available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs.
• Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency.
• Adapt easily to change in a fast-paced environment.
