Job Title : Full-time Sales Associate

Reports to : Store Manager

Sales Associates are responsible for driving store sales and creating an outstanding customer experience. Our associates are dynamic, interested in retail and fashion, enjoy challenges, and are committed to a sustainable future.

Responsibilities

  • Drive results and enhance the customer experience by maintaining a neat, clean, and safe environment, and meeting productivity standards.
  • Engage with customers, assess needs, and provide appropriate service.
  • Maintain a "Customer is the priority" mindset at all times.
  • Treat all customers and colleagues with respect, contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Promote a safe shopping environment to maximize customer experience.
  • Follow all company policies outlined in the store policy, Handbook, and Sales and Training Manual.
  • Contribute positively to the shopping experience through knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service, maintaining store and personal appearance standards.
  • Greet and acknowledge customers on the sales floor.
  • Assist customers with merchandise-related questions.
  • Follow safety procedures.
  • Observe and report loss prevention issues and advise management of unusual activities.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems as directed.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Effective communication with customers and staff.
