Ashley Canada is currently seeking a Full Time Sales Associate for our Stoney Creek store located at 1776 Stone Church Rd E.

As a Sales Associate, You Will :

• Provide product knowledge, features, and benefits to assist guests' purchase decisions
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals
• Ensure stock availability during sales
• Accurately enter sales orders and process payments
• Manage open orders and delivery timelines
• Develop and maintain a prospect system, including outbound calls, leads from eCommerce chats, web, telesales, appointments, and walk-ins
• Maintain knowledge of competitor pricing, programs, products, and services
• Engage in ongoing professional development to improve sales skills and product knowledge

As a Successful Candidate, You Will Have :

• High school diploma
• 2+ years sales experience preferred in retail, commissioned sales, marketing, or related fields
• Proven sales skills and a strong sales approach
• Ability to create attractive room settings (desirable)
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized with the ability to follow through on tasks
• Experience with MS Office and ability to learn in-house systems
• Availability to work long hours, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to lift and move products up to 30 pounds
