• Deliver on service standards to achieve store objectives including in-store sales and web orders
• Provide exceptional customer experiences and product knowledge
• Maintain merchandise presentation and operational integrity to drive customer loyalty
• Foster teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district
• Maintain effective communication with the Store Manager
• Carry out other tasks as assigned
