Totally Wicked Eliquid is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver excellent service under the Mr Wicked Cares program. You will handle purchases, refunds, and maintain store standards while staying up to date with our product range.

The role requires flexibility to work across 7 days, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. On-site position with opportunities for training and development.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver great customer service in line with the Mr Wicked Cares structure.
• Accurately process customer purchases to ensure stock accuracy.
• Complete customer refunds and credits.
• Maintain high store standards through cleanliness, presentation and overall store image.
• Keep up to date with, test and demonstrate all products.
• Assist with stock counts and highlight discrepancies to the Store Manager.
