As a Sales Associate/Custom Engagement Ring Consultant, your role involves guiding clients through the process of designing and purchasing customized engagement rings and fine jewelry from personalized consultations to create one-of-a-kind pieces tailored to each client’s preferences. This position includes a base salary of $50,000 to $60,000 base plus bonuses along with other perks.

THE LOCATION

  • Head Office - Toronto, ON
  • This is 5 days in office Full-time position
  • The working hours are Monday to Friday with different shifts
  • Employees are expected to work five days a week, with Saturday being a mandatory workday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM

As a Sales Associate/Custom Engagement Ring Consultant, your role involves guiding clients through the process of designing and purchasing customized engagement rings and fine jewelry from personalized consultations to create one-of-a-kind pieces tailored to the client’s preferences.

Custom-designed engagement rings and fine jewelry.The services include personalized consultations to create one-of-a-kind pieces tailored to each client’s preferences, focusing on craftsmanship, design, and quality, including the selection of gemstones and metals to ensure a unique and meaningful result.

PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS

Individual clients who arelooking to get engaged.

SALES CYCLE & PRODUCT VALUE

  • The range of the service/customed engagement ring is from $2,000 to over $100,000
  • The sales cycle varies from six weeks to 1 year, depending on the proposal's timeline.

TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES

  • Qualifying clients, setting appointments and possibly leading initial consultations.
  • Collaboration with other team members, including senior consultants and the design team, to provide a comprehensive client experience.
  • Consultants are also involved in the production of orders, working closely with the factory to ensure client needs are met.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base Salary $50,000 - $60,000 with quarterly bonuses
