Overview

CALLING ALL ROCKSTAR SALES ASSOCIATESThis is a Part-Time contract position

We are looking for friendly, outgoing, personable individuals to join our sales team! We seek those with an entrepreneurial mindset to help grow our client’s portfolio of smoke-free products, offering safer alternatives for adult smokers. The role involves engaging with people in person, so social skills and the ability to connect professionally are essential.

Motivated performers can participate in profit sharing; when you and the team meet targets, you receive a percentage of the variable fees. We promote cooperative finances, directly benefiting the team members involved.

What’s a workday look like?

• Engaging and educating adult smokers
• Two locations per day, eight-hour shifts, three times a week
• Supporting trade at key retailers, pubs, restaurants, and clubs
• Attending ongoing training to ensure confidence and a positive customer experience
• Conducting coaching and audits to ensure compliance with sales, operational, health, and safety guidelines
• Collaborating with team members to achieve high performance, sharing feedback, pictures, videos, and emojis in group chats

What we’re looking for:

• Comfortable engaging with customers; shyness is not an option
• Previous sales and customer service experience required
• Ability to work well in a team environment, leading through service and collaboration

What we offer:

• $30 hourly plus health benefits and bonuses
• Flexible schedule focused on late afternoons and evenings, Thursday through Saturday
• 20-24 hours per week, with potential for increase based on campaign success

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
• Background check during onboarding
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry 25-50 pounds
