Job Description:
  • Communicate effectively with customers.
  • Demonstrate excellent direct selling techniques by engaging customers and providing product knowledge.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, research, resolve, and follow up on customer issues.
  • Assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions.
  • Maintain and update customer service database, documenting all transactions and interactions.
  • Work pleasantly and professionally with customers to answer questions and de-escalate problems.
